RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Pixie Linen hopes you enjoy your purchases. We take pride in our products and have quality controls in place that assist us with providing you with a high level, quality product. Linen is a natural product and from time to time there are flaws in the weave. We do our very best when sending your package.
WHEN WILL WE REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
If your purchase happens to arrive damaged or faulty, you have ordered the wrong size, colour or simply changed your mind, we are happy to exchange or refund your items, as long as they are returned to us within 28 days of purchase, unused in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Please choose your sale items carefully as we are unable to offer refunds for them and will only exchange them if they are deemed faulty and returned to us, unused in their original packaging and within 28 days of purchase. All refunds are for the items only, sorry shipping is not included in refunds.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)
If you do need to return your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the invoice number and a short explanation so we can understand what the problem is. This way we can answer any questions you may have and we will be expecting your item when it comes back to us. The cost of the return is your responsibility.
