Pixie Linen uses a variety of courier/postal services including Australia Post to deliver your parcels to you quickly and at the most cost effective price for you.

DELIVERY TIMES
All our delivery times are estimated. During peak times, please allow extra delivery time. We dispatch your purchase within 24 hours of receiving the order.  If we are unable to fulfil your order in this time we will notify you. In general, items within the metropolitan cities take 2-5 days delivery and to country areas can be up to 10 days.

When you are shopping on the Pixie Linen website from outside of Australia, please contact us at info@pixielinen.com to discuss a tailored delivery solution that suits you. Our overseas customers are responsible for any import duties, local sales taxes or additional charges incurred to clear the shipment in the destination country.  Your local Customs Office will be able to help you with more information on these duties.
